Where is my order?
Check your shipping confirmation for a tracking link. If you need a hand, email us with your order number and the email you used at checkout.
For an address change or cancellation, contact us as soon as you can. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
How do I start a return?
Email support@offsureculture.com with your order number and the piece you would like to return. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags attached. Trying on for fit is fine.
You pay shipping for an ordinary return; we cover approved exchange shipping.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders of $99 or more after discounts. Available rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Which size should I choose?
Use our size guide to compare the garment measurements with a similar piece you already own. Measurements are for the garment, not your body.

Are the pieces sold as a set?
Tops and bottoms are sold separately. Choose each piece in the color and size you want.
How do I care for my fleece?
Our first-release pieces are fleece. Follow the care label sewn into your piece for washing and drying instructions.

Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos help us understand what happened. Contact us before buying a return label.
