Contact Offsure Culture LLC at support@offsureculture.com to make a privacy request. You do not need an account or a marketing subscription.

What you can request

Depending on your location and applicable law, you can request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, an opt-out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, or an appeal of a decision. Our Privacy Policy explains our practices.

How to send a request

Tell us the email associated with your order or subscription and what you want us to do. An order number is helpful for an order-related request, but is not required if you have not purchased. If possible, write from the email already associated with your information.

Email a privacy request. This opens your email app; nothing is submitted until you send it.

Do not send passwords, payment details or identity-document copies. If verification is needed, we will request only what is reasonably necessary, using information we already hold where possible. If you act for someone else, tell us so we can explain how to establish authorization.

Advertising and marketing choices

Use Your Privacy Choices for available advertising opt-outs and the store’s cookie controls for optional tracking. You can also contact support about an opt-out. A browser opt-out does not require an account or unnecessary identity verification.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in an email or email support. We retain limited suppression information to respect that choice. Necessary order and support messages may continue. Unsubscribing from email does not change all cookie or advertising settings.

Response and appeal

We review requests across the services relevant to your information and respond within the period required by applicable law. We explain any lawful extension, denial or records we must retain for matters such as transactions, taxes or disputes. Where applicable, you may complain to the relevant privacy authority.

To appeal, email support with the subject “Privacy appeal,” explain your concern and include any case reference. We will review the decision and explain the outcome and available complaint options. We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

For separate provider accounts or provider-controlled processing, you may also use that provider’s controls, including Shopify’s privacy portal.
